Hi Ben, It's been a long time since I've posted about this, but I found stretching my neck and flexing my traps (I know it sounds crazy) before, during and after hockey seem to be the recipe that works for me now. I've been migraine free for quite some time. Here's a link to some of my other posts about my migraines (in case you haven't seen them) Let me know how you make out or if you have any questions. Any update on this?

I get the same thing, now it’s more often. I’m fit; I run, weightlift, etc and only get visual migraines after hockey. I’ll look into loosening the helmet a bit too.

I bought a new verizon phone with no plan. I was able to receive mobile web. After I change my phone to a monthly plan, I was not able to receive mobile web. I got the DNS: Invalid host is specified. What is up with that?
